Return & Refund Policy

Returns and faulty item policy – bedding and hygiene-sensitive products
Due to hygiene and health regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any bedding or textile items that have been used, worn, or opened. This includes but is not limited to:
•    Bed Sheets
•    Duvets
•    Pillows
•    Pillowcases
•    Mattress toppers or enhancers
•    Duvet Covers
•    Towels

If you wish to return one of these items, it must be unused, unworn, unopened, and remain in its original packaging, in the same condition in which it was dispatched. Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our strict hygiene and return criteria. If it does, we will proceed with issuing a refund.

Please note: all returns are to be sent at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed in advance due to a product fault.

Faulty items
If an item develops a fault after it has been used, you must report the issue to us within 30 days of the delivery date. This allows us to assess the problem and determine the most appropriate resolution.

If a product appears to be faulty upon delivery, please do not use the item. Instead, contact us immediately and provide photographic evidence of the defect. Our customer service team will evaluate the situation and advise you on the next steps, which may include returning the item to us for further inspection.

If we determine that the product is indeed faulty and the issue is reported within 30 days of delivery, we will offer a replacement item at no additional cost. However, if the returned item is found to be in working order and not defective, you may be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you.

Returns process
Before sending any items back, you must inform us either by phone or email. Failing to notify us in advance may result in your returned goods being delayed or misplaced. To help us process your return efficiently, please ensure you include your order number and full contact information with the returned parcel.

Orders with promotional items (free gifts)
If your order included a promotional item or free gift, and you return part of the order which reduces the total below the minimum spend required for the promotion, the value of the free item will be deducted from your refund, unless the promotional item is also returned unused and in original condition.
